Questions owners ask us.

Do I need new hardware?

No. BayOS runs on your existing Windows bay PCs and works with Uneekor and GSPro, Roku TVs, Kasa and Tapo smart plugs, and RemoteLock or Kisi door locks.

Can I keep my payment processor?

Yes. BayOS connects to Square or Stripe, and imports your customer directory from either, so members carry over.

What if the AI doesn't know an answer?

It answers from your FAQs and policies. When a question falls outside them, it hands the conversation to you.

How long does switching take?

BayOS was built with ease of use at the front of everything we do, so switching from another booking platform is painless. Import your Square or Stripe customer directory and keep your payment processor. Setup wizards configure your facility in one pass, with no digging through menus and no hand-holding needed. We'll also give you a thorough demo and walkthrough so you know where everything is, and we'll help you set your facility up.
